Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 3, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains what information Incomira (“we,” “us,” “our”), the website at https://incomira.com, collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep it simple: we collect as little as possible, and we never sell your personal data.
Who we are
Incomira is an educational blog and community focused on career growth, abundance, and life direction through simple daily habits, published under the guidance of William Howard. You can reach us anytime at mouen392@gmail.com.
Information we collect
- Comments. If you leave a comment, we collect the name, email address, and website you enter, the comment itself, and your IP address and browser user-agent string (to help detect spam).
- Email you send us. If you contact us by email, we receive your address and whatever you include in the message.
- Newsletter or forms. If we offer an email list or form and you choose to subscribe, we collect the details you submit (typically your name and email). We only email you if you asked us to, and every email includes an unsubscribe link.
- Server logs. Like nearly every website, our hosting provider (Hostinger) automatically records basic technical logs — IP address, browser type, pages requested, and timestamps — for security and performance.
We do not ask for or collect sensitive personal information, and we do not run third-party advertising on this site.
Cookies
We use a small number of functional cookies:
- Comment cookies. If you leave a comment you may opt in to cookies that save your name, email, and website so you don’t have to re-enter them next time. They last about one year.
- Performance cookies. Our caching system (LiteSpeed Cache) may set technical cookies so pages load faster. They contain no personal profile data.
- Login cookies. Only relevant to site administrators, not visitors.
We do not currently use analytics or advertising cookies. If we add a privacy-respecting analytics tool in the future, we will update this policy first.
Embedded content and outbound links
Articles may include embedded content (for example, videos or charts) and links to other websites — most often our free community hosted on Skool. Embedded content and external sites behave as if you visited them directly: they may collect data about you, use their own cookies, and apply their own privacy policies. We recommend reviewing the privacy policy of any site you visit from here, including Skool’s privacy policy if you join our community.
How we use your information
- To publish and moderate comments and keep spam out.
- To reply when you contact us.
- To send you emails you explicitly signed up for.
- To keep the site secure, fast, and working properly.
We never sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share data only with the service providers that make the site run — our hosting provider (Hostinger) and, if you subscribe to emails, our email delivery provider — and only to the extent needed to provide those services.
How long we keep data
Comments and their metadata are kept indefinitely so follow-up comments can be recognized automatically. Emails are kept as long as needed to handle your request. Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to see the personal data we hold about you, correct it, or delete it (except data we must keep for administrative, legal, or security reasons). Just email mouen392@gmail.com and we’ll take care of it. If you are in the EU/EEA, UK, or a jurisdiction with similar laws, these rights are backed by legislation such as the GDPR, and you also have the right to complain to your local data-protection authority.
Where your data goes
Visitor comments may be checked through an automated spam-detection service. Our servers are operated by Hostinger; depending on your location, data may be processed in data centers outside your own country, protected by standard safeguards.
Children
This site is intended for adults and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS, hosted with a reputable provider, and kept updated. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle your data — for example, by adding analytics or a newsletter — we will update this page and the “Last updated” date above.
